D	Devesh Modi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For first time buyers of Rudsak, once the item is purchased, there is no refund even if you go back the same day. You can exchange or get a store credit, as per the policy, but the staff gives you a hard time. My family, who is visiting Canada, purchased a jacket from the store. The store gave him the wrong size. When we went to return/exchange the item the next day, we wanted to use the 10% online discount but they would not honor it. We mentioned that the staff had told us that they would honor the discount once the email was received, which we received after the transaction was completed. The Store manager informed that the staff was new, so they weren't aware of the store policy. Anyways, as we are about to complete the exchange, one of the staff starts talking to us in a regional language, as if we don't understand English. The same staff member was busy discussing music bands and live performances with a female customer, and completely ignored us the other day. The customer service at this store is pathetic. It is absolutely clear that company provides zero training to its employees. The store manager thinks that the brand and the company policies are above their customers. They have lost a customer for extremely poor customer service and racial profiling.

I wanted to compare their boots with other ones I have at home, and decide later which ones I love better. Their suggestion was to bring my other boots to the store, and compare them there (like I have nothing better to do with my life than walk back and forth comparing shoes). Also last year I bought a jacket in their other store, and they accidentally gave me the wrong jacket. When I called their customer service I ended up talking to the call center manager who was extremely rude. I'm kind of thinking about not even coming back... not because of their products, but because their policies and way how their treat people like they are not living of them.

I was helped by Dominique, she knew her stuff and was up to date with the latest trends. She made my decision very easy, great saleswoman. I highly recommend you ask for her guidance when visiting.

My Wife has 2 Rudsak jackets and they are most warm/fashionable as well. My wife/I stopped by recently (March 20, 2021) just window shopping tbh. I found a great pair of shoes and my wife fell in love with a beautiful Spring jacket as well. The service by Peter and Michael was exceptional from the moment we entered the store. They were very professional, informative and friendly in their service and interaction. They did not have the size that my Wife wanted and Peter went the extra mile to locate one in another Rudsak Store. He took our information and stated he would call us ASAP once it was found and we could come back and purchase it at the Eatons Centre location. He went above and beyond in his service to us. I am not going to disparage or discredit any other customer reviews here on Google- but our experience was first rate and very positive. Ask for Peter and Michael if you visit. They will definitely look after you and give you great Customer Service and the product information that you require.

How can a store in this day and age be so out of touch with fashion and the "trend" happening over the past few years to not use animal skins in their clothing? Very disappointing!

C	C. Chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to the store on a Saturday. Only 1 customer in the store. 2 sales stand in front of the table. Asian yong ladies. From the time we step into the store. The 2 ladies NEVER said a single word to us. Not even a HI. In regard the unhelpful behaviour, we walk out the store even we wanted to try the cloths. That is how they lost the customers and why their business going downhill. Keep hiring these kind of sales people soon the store will be all closed down. Please go back to the start point and hire better people to at least ask what the customer want.

This shop manager will never tell you . They have discount online! Second please go to shop try and order online . You don’t need face to face them !Good luck !
