C	C. Ross on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, I've never given any reviews before. However, I have got to write these a review from their amazing job in this like this. From the moment I walk in the restaurant, I was greeted with a pleasant evening from their Gel, which really warmed my heart immediately! I know this times are hard, I just finished work and stop by to order take-out dinner for me and my husband. They were almost closing when I get to the restaurant but they still accommodated me with customized/personalized sandwiches with everything I expected to be and made fresh.
T	Toby Guerero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited on my lunch break from work,(used Mcdonald's app) and it was my first time using the app. Western BBQ was superb, properly made and up to standards I’ve heard about them for so long and now its back on their promotion. I will say it is a bit pricey now. Overall five stars for this location. Had to do it ??‍♂️

I ordered 6 cookies with two meals but they only have 3 left so they told me to wait for 3-5 minutes because they need to bake more. True enough within the time, they delivered the cookies, all freshly bake, in a box.
K	Kash on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They need to upgrade to show the pickup order number on the screen instead of having someone shout out the numbers/ name and since it's so crowded and noisy in the food court, people really skip their name call. Overall great fast service but the pickup line is usually pretty long. The seating was closed due to covid. Overall nice and clean. The order screens are not fully functional, mostly 1 or 2 are down.

I love the service here as the lady who took my order hand me my receipt and the other lady informed me that my order will be ready in 3 minutes because they have to cook bacons and egg. That being said, I don't have to wonder how long my order will take at the same time I don't really mind. They make everything easy for me and I am very satisfied.

Asked about the number, and was told to just stand and wait as it would be up shortly (even though the number has been cleared). 12:55pm pick-up. Half my order is missing. Not impressed.
G	Grayson Menesses on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be fair, as much as I love burgers I try to limit how many I eat. Having said that, when in Toronto recently I was craving a Big Mac or cheeseburger. I had the Big Mac and little fries, my partner just a plain cheeseburger. Both burgers were juicy and very flavoursome. You could customize to your liking so I virtually went all out with mine and wasn't disappointed. The burgers were not at all greasy, though it seems some disagree on hearing other reviews but each to their own. If anything, the juices from the meat ran into the bun, maybe making it a little soggy some might say. For me, it just added flavour. The fries, at first glance looked limp. Though we were both surprised at how nice they were. All in all, a great burger. It may be a little pricey now, but that comes through with the quality of the meat.
K	Krisha Daniwes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great location. Dolores, one of their staff, is so personable and friendly. They always treat you very well with quick service. They keep the floors and tables here very clean. And the the selection of items on the menu is perfect. Although there's not a lot option when customizing an item in the kiosk, customers could always go to cashier to modify the orders. A truly professionally run franchise.
