Two beautiful and nice ladies helped me today. She helped me by giving me her opinion and letting me take my time. However, i went to one area and looked at the pants on the table. I had one girl yell and spaz out at me before i even lifted one pants off the table. I found 4 perfect pants but decided i wasn't going to buy them at this location. Unfortunately, I'll be buying them online instead. She ruined my experience there.

THE WORST! Wish I can rate this location no stars at all, this location does not know good customer service is. Today I went to Garage at Eaton centre. As i entered there were multiple workers all grouped talking to each other and was blocking the way to walk around the store and look at clothes. Then on the other side, the store the manager and an employee were in the way of more clothes giving difficult access to get what was behind them. They were not being mindful of customers at all. In addition, the manager and the employee had a very loud conversation that anyone passing can hear. They were talking bad about another employee and how she was not good at her job. Well if they think that then why don't they help her improve instead of gossipping (that basically anyone can hear) so the manager can bring better service to the customers instead of talking bad about their coworkers. Next the changing room. They were not the best at helping. I asked for another size and the lady went to look but she left me waiting for a while and didn't tell me if they had another size or not. I ended up following up with my shirt and realized they just put my shirt on the hanger without asking if I still wanted that size. I was trying to get the chance to ask again so they could tell me but they just started talking to each other again and I had to ASK to get the shirt back. This is not acceptable or professional. Finally, the cashier. As I was checking out with 2 tops and a pair of socks the lady charged me with THREE shirts leaving my total to 92 when it was supposed to be under 60 dollars. It was a good thing I double checked my recipt so I went back and double checked my reciept and all the girl said was "oh sorry" without any care then went to talk to the other girl beside her while making pauses to talk to the other working cashier. And at the SAME TIME the manager was still talking and not even acting professional, she was laughing and not showing professionalism throughout my time spent at the store. Overall, my experience at this location was terrible and the management in my opinion is even worse. Please reflect on this and please do better. This is unacceptable.

I had a lovely shopping experience until an employee with black hair started yelling. It made me and my party very uncomfortable so we left. I hope this gets fixed soon because that was not appropriate, as someone who's worked in retail for years.

The store is super clean and organized and all the staff were very helpful especially Bridgette!

I never write reviews, but the customer service at this branch was horrific! The workers were condescending in-store and online at this specific Garage store and they talked to me as if I was stupid. All I can say is terrible, terrible service.

I saw a cute top and I wanted to show to my friend online so I took a picture and immediately a long black hair with light complexion employee scared me by approaching ‘we are not allowed to take pictures in store’ then I said ‘oh, do you want me to delete it?’ She said ‘no that’s ok it’s just we are not allowed pictures in store’ I said ‘sorry I didn’t know’. I just wanted to mention that she could have said that way nicer when approaching cuz how should I know it’s not allowed while there is no sign or anything, right? Worst customer service ever! To the girl who's always yelling and chatting with the other staff girl, she has no idea of what customer service is, try to be nicer and less rude, I've been there twice, and it's always the same girl... why do you even work there if you don't like customer service? P.S. I'm NOT talking about the Asian lady which looked super nice and super helpful organising clothes in the counter

Customer service was impeccable!!! I had to buy a gift for a friend and the Asian lady helping me was by my side the entire time suggesting different pieces of clothing that might work well for my gift. I highly appreciate her!! She was so kind throughout and so so so helpful. She deserves a raise and employee of the month if you guys have that. I couldn’t be happier with the gift that I got with her help.
