★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love love LOVE this store! Everyone here is just super friendly and helpful. Levi’s jeans fit better than other brands, their quality is one of the best too. I own several Levi’s pants, I used to buy them from Aritzia but noticed the service and variety at this store is much better. They even have an alteration centre where they can do free alteration and steaming for pants sold at this store! How cool is that?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellet selection, helpful staff. Both Sherway and Eatons Centre stores are great. They stand behind their product too. Repairs done free of charge as the jeans were under warranty. Expect to wait due to covid, waited 20 minutes to get in at Sherway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could't find jeans that fit my body in this store. Their smallest waist size is 24 and the jeans are way too long for someone who's 5'3'' and skinny. Also when I came to the store last week the employees just looked at me and continued chatting, and when I was struggling to find a small size one employee just walked by and ignored me seeking for help.
