The online order system is a nightmare - every time I order something goes wrong, orders are canceled for no clear reason, wrong order details are left in the order and so on. The customer service barely explain the issues and the website is full of bugs and glitches.
I wish they could improve their online order experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like some of the menswear that Abercrombie and ditch carry. I particularly like the men's hoodies. They have a great selection more so then most of the other retail stores. The products are very high quality. In my case I don't mind spending the money because you're purchasing something that will last for a long time. So I would recommend them highly for men that are looking for something different in Menswear. I can't speak for the ladies but I would assume the same situation would be likely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is cheaper quality at more expensive prices. I used to love their boxers. Just paid $75 for a new set and the cloth is so thin, it's at the level where I used to throw them out. T-shirts are worse. Four washes and they're done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abercrombie is BACK ladies and gents! There’s a gentleman named Christian that works at this location, he deserves a raise. Both times when I was told certain items were not available. He went out of his way searching high and low to find those for me. Thanks again dude!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this store so much. The people who work there are very nice. My heart goes out to them for having to deal with so many in store returns for items purchased online. The clearance section is the back is pure chaos but I can’t even blame them. I wish they carried more of the curve love line in store
