This store is larger and has more offering than most other locations, but that's pretty much it. Everything else is bad, just echoing some other reviews. To be honest, I wrote this review and questioned myself with a glass of wine in my hand: why did you buy anything there, you fool? Avoid at all cost. All the of the stuffs clearly do not want to be there. Or at least all four of them wants to treat and chat with just one customer and ignore everyone else for 15 minutes. First of all you have to wave your hand for about one minute to distract someone's attention from their very lively conversation about traveling overseas (with other co-workers there, not customer). Second of all, you are obviously offending the person for asking if another similar material shirt exist in store as you want to get both or more because you like the materials, and she says just another one, which clearly has a different material from the one you had in your hand. And you found out later that there are actually three others by pretty much touching all other shirts in the store. Third of all, asking whether another size is available is just pissing everyone off who works in the store. And then, by getting ready to pay for 300 dollars of merchandise is the lowest priority in the store, since two are busy collecting and folding clothes, another one working on the register and assures me that someone else will be there, and the last one just leisurely walking around. 3 minutes later, someone rings you through and pulls out the ABM about one meters away from where you are standing (which is right in front of her at the line of the register) and yell you have to do it there.

One of very few stores that makes and skinny enough clothes that fit my partner. The designs are good but the longevity of their garments has a lot of room to improve. One of their button down shirts lost a button the first time it was worn: but this location offered to repair it for us promptly. Second garment lost a button couple of months down the line. One of the tops had stitching that started coming undone and splitting one of the sleeves in half: This location again courteously replaced it. Overall, reasonably priced articles with good designs but some garments don't seem to last.

The poor rating comes from the inexplicable attitude of the STORE MANAGER denying me the use of the store phone to call my son to confirm that I was purchasing the correct item. I did not have a phone with me. So, I ended buying the wrong item that I must exchange. Company policy I was told. Really? This is not the case of a person dropping in the store and requesting the use of the phone. It was needed to complete a purchase. Really stupid.

After months of no responses and terrible customer service I have submitted a complaint to the better business bureau. I had a store credit card that Massimo Dutti did not allow me to use in any other stores than the one it was issued from. The card was worth around $500 and they will not send me a check, and keep ignoring my requests for updates. I have never had an issue like this before and had a company ignore me, and have customer service reps make up excuses why their managers won’t take my calls (every time same excuse: they don’t speak English, then when I say I speak Spanish they have another excuse). I have asked for an online credit instead of a check so this could be over, and that request has been ignored as well. Be careful shopping here. I have a feeling this company will be closing operations soon by the way customer service is a non priority and because all their stores are closing.

We shopped there on Aug 18 2018, we received above excellent service from a tall skinny black gentleman who was extremely professional, calm, knowledgeable and knows customer service. He recommended many style options, sizes, tailor options and was extremely attentive yet not making you feel awkward or pressured in anyway throughout the entire process. He was doing all this while delegate other tasks and customers as it was a Saturday and the store was busy. We would definitely recommend families and friends to shop there. The service, quality and price is outstanding!

Bought around $200 items during Covid period in Jul online and wanted to return a couple items due to the style and wrong size. Having been staying at home and practicing social distancing and recently heard that Eaton has now re-opened. Came in later Aug and was told no return over 30 days which I wasn’t aware of and no sure if it should still be applied during Covid period. So I kindly asked for change for the size and was rejected even I told them I couldn’t even wear them. They didn’t seem to care and ask me to call Customer Service and the customer service line is close at weekend. Great customer service and company value given to people trying to support them during Covid challenges.

Come here often as I work nearby. Great selection of products from my favourite clothing brand. Lack of discounts/sales here is a bit disappointing though. Product selection: β˜…β˜…β˜† Service: β˜…β˜…β˜†
