This souvenir shop is very expensive. Also, this place does not accept returns. The store right next to this one, Toys Toys Toys, has a souvenir section which sells the exact same stuff at less than half the price. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

I will confirm what almost everyone else is saying. This store is TOO expensive, get your souvenirs elsewhere. I am advising everybody as a fellow traveler. I went to this store and bought some earrings for my mother, a pocket knife for my dad and a shot glass for my friend. The earrings were $40 and when I went to The Distillery District there were some other earrings which were handmade in Canada for $32! The pocket knife and shot glass where also overpriced and I saw better ones in other stores days after. Please DO NOT spend your money here.

Very fancy and unique souvenirs. My issue was the magnets, maple syrup and cookies, the store beside it has the same exact ones for way cheaper. This store has high quality native Canadian souvenirs that other stores don't. I got here the silver plates, key chains and CN towers, the attention to detail on these ones beat the other stores. They also sell good looking clothes and t shirts with jokes that couldn't be more Canadian

Lots of Canadian memorabilia and trinkets. Cool stuff but a little pricey! Picked up some magnets for to bring back. God bless the land of the north! ??

This place is tops for selection. Hands down the very best selection of Canadian goods and souvenirs, I have seen anywhere! I didn't end up buying anything this day but I will go back. Prices are high, as they are in Eaton's center. Look at the pics I posted and see for yourself the quality of much of the merchandise. I found some very unique items.

My mother had an unfortunate experience with an associate when attempting to find a t-shirt for a loved one in Ireland. For context, my mums brother is severely unwell so my mother really could have used the support when looking for a low maintenance material. The lady was impatient, inconsiderate, and rude. She continued to remind my mum that the store is well-known and material high-quality, which is great to know and very interesting, but not the point. She simply needed guidance and didn’t exactly need the product to be snatched from her hands multiple times, thrown down in frustration in front of her, and ignored when genuine questions were being asked. Such a bizarre and unnecessary experience. As an expert in retail management and customer care, this was just incredibly disappointing.

Wide selection of Canadian Gifts and Souvenirs all beautifully presented! The staff were very friendly and helped me to choose great gifts to take home to my friends and family. A great experience. Definitely the best souvenir shop in the city - highly recommend !
