N	Nicole Chernyavskaya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn't usually review a clothing store but this specific one gave the best experience i've ever had. The employees were so kind and friendly. They gave my friend and I not only their constant offers of help, but good fashion advice as well. The clothing articles are very elegantly and stylishly fashionable that there's something there for every event. I would rate the store 10 stars if I could.

I came here and found a number of items i wanted to try on - the change rooms are small, and have a dirty old hot pink carpet. Theres only one small mirror in the hallway, making it absolutely impossible to even see what the item looks like on. The store is small and crowded, considering items are 150$+, I'd expect better changing rooms and a well organized store.
M	Monica Kazemi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store gets one star only because they were quite attentive when I was trying clothes on OTHERWISE I am very disappointed that when I went back to return an item a couple of days later, they notified me that it is store credit only or exchange- pointing to a print out on the cashier's counter - not big prints - also I was told that the person who did the transaction mentioned that there is no refund- which I would remember because I refuse to buy things from places that give no refund. Very disappointed and will never go back and will let my network know too who are like me- will likely give the credit I have to someone for a gift. what a waste of money!
S	Sepideh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here with a stroller and picked a few dresses. A girl grabbed the dresses and started a fitting room for me while I was browsing more. After I was done picking clothes went to the fitting room only to see she has picked a TINY room where my stroller barely fit let alone myself. So thoughtless! She didn't even reallize what was wrong until I spoken out. Even then the big room was already occupied by someone who clearly didn't need a big room for a long time. Ended up leaving the store.
A	Alyssa Guevarra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Body Shaming & Condescending Employees! My friend came in the store to browse and a top caught her eye. A female, Asian employee with blonde hair said to her “that top only comes in one size” and walks away. My friend never asked her for her opinion. When confronted, she didn’t apologize and denied what she did. She tried to blame it on her staff and made excuses for what she did in a condescending way. As a customer, I no longer feel comfortable entering that store nor do I feel the need to give them my business after this experience. I was so shocked at how my friend was treated and warn other customers to beware of this blonde Asian sales lady. I’ve also noticed that the owner only replies to positive reviews which goes to show that they don’t do anything to correct their employee’s behaviour. It also seems that multiple customers share a similar experience with the same employee. I believe she is the manager at this location which is very disappointing.

L	Lola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ clothing is cheaply made and poor quality, with huge price markups and an unfair return policy. purchased a shirt yesterday that (unbeknownst to me) was already missing a loop for the strap, and then when i was tightening it at home another loop tore off. it was hanging by a thread. beware of only getting store credit back. i didn’t want to argue with the associate that helped me, but its very poor service to charge 120$ for a shirt that you knew was defective and accidentally put back onto the floor and not even offer a full refund. i didnt even want a replacement shirt, because the tearing was likely to happen to another one. looked around for something to use my store credit toward, but i dont even want to spend it here since everything else is likely just as cheaply made jokes on them though the associate forgot to input my tax exemption on the return and i have an extra $10 on the gift card :) fitting rooms need private mirrors. 2 stars for the very nice associates and very pretty window display.
