Not only does the employee on the left have his mask rolled under his chin. It’s very clear that the employee on the right has no mask on at all. Given that we are in a global pandemic you would think that places of business in a massive mall would be wearing masks. I walked by this place a few times today to see this. This is a public safety issue. I’d steer very clear, masks are not only to protect yourself it’s to protect the people around you.

It is crazy how terrible this place is. I purchased a glass protector on Tuesday, and the sales person told me that it came with a warranty. The screen protector itself was $30. Who would have bought it if it didn’t have a warranty on it? I could get the same thing for a third of the price on eBay or amazon. Anyway, I doubled checked, made sure that there’s a warranty, then paid for it. On Friday the screen proctor was already scratched really badly. I decided to go into the store and see if I can request a replacement (the receipt also said exchange is eligible within seven days). When I got there and explained my issue, the store agent told me that screen protectors never have warranty on it and it was my fault because I misused the product. So I asked if I could exchange for a new one, he pointed at a label on the wall, which says “no exchange or refunds”. Then I asked why the receipt said “exchange within 7 days”, he said it was a mistake. We always refer to store notices. Then I asked why they told me there’s a warranty on the screen protector if there weren’t any. The guy explicitly said “I cannot be responsible for what someone else said, and there is just NO warranty on this product.” That “someone else” he’s referring to was his colleagues, and he was just like there’s nothing he could do. Then I asked to see a store manager. He comfortably told me there isn’t one. “We don’t have a manager, it’s just us here”. So the experience at this store is that I was lied to, yelled at, and feeling extremely disrespected. I spent $30 at this store for a useless piece of garbage and wasted 20 min arguing, and received terrible customer service. Please if you want to save yourself a headache, DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. Just stay away. They will lie to you, rip you off, and make you feel like an idiot. Please listen to me and do not go to this store.

I went to this store to change my phone plan and Mike was extremely helpful and cooperative. He took time to explain all the benefits of the plan and was very professional. I had a great experience at the Batteries and Gadgets store - Eaton Center location. I spoke to Mike - a highly professional and helpful individual with great energy. He assisted me with purchasing a new phone and switching to a different plan. Not only did he set up my new phone for me but also threw in a few extra gadgets.
