First they tell me they were able to recover my pictures and documents then it took four attempts before I finally had a “viewing” which was completely horrendous! Scrolled through one small file of pictures only a few I could see remotely clearly and none of which I recognized as mine then despite asking them repeatedly to slow down as they scrolled through entirely too quickly to see anything very clearly and images were far too small I then asked to see the documents they also apparently recovered to ensure the files were actually mine they showed me nothing at all!!! Not sure if they mixed up my file with someone else’s and were too embarrassed to admit their mistake but am completely disgusted by the entire contact with them! Completely ignored everything I said and asked for. Then was told repeatedly the manager would call finally got one voicemail and then no response to calls again. Just horrendous complete waste of my time and energy! Hugely disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cannot thank the people at ReStoring Data enough! The hard drive in my old computer crashed and I foolishly did not back up my important files. Luckily, these wonderful people were able to recover everything I needed. The service was super fast and great overall. Would highly recommend if you ever need a data recovery service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had approached them many months ago and they were quick to respond. Due to my own misgivings going back and forth, there was a delay. When I finally went ahead with the whole thing. Restoring data and their representatives were quick to respond to any questions and provided clarification. I had data that was irreplaceable and no price would have been too high. Overall I believe they did the best job they could. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I literally went to 4 different data recovery companies before ReStoring and all those places told me that my external harddrive was either too damaged that it couldn't be fixed or was charging an absurd amount ($5,000!!!!). I found ReStoring by doing a Google Search for places close to me in the downtown Toronto area, read the reviews and gave them a chance. I felt comfortable trusting them just from my very first conversation with Monty. After that, their professionalism and communication was very appreciated. They kept trying to recover my data until they were able to recover almost 85% of it. I was more than happy with that because I had some very valuable memories on there! Thank you Ilana for your hardwork and getting me my memories back! I truly appreciate it!!!!
