★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found a Total Gem at "Undo It"—Hamad Benaicha in the downtown Toronto core to replace the Speakers in my MBP. This was my first experience with Hamad Benaicha and I must say, I am very happy & satisfied with his service. It very hard to find honest, reliable & Affordable Technicians to repair Apple 's MBP; as 'Apple's Repair Service is ridiculously expensive. So this guy is the next best option for MBPs'. Furthermore, he is 100% compliant with Covid protocol which is great! Do not hesitate to contact him, I have absolutely no regrets and you will feel the same after using his company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dad told me about Hamad, after he fixed two of our family's computers.
It was his excellent work that now have allowed us to use the computer I am writing on currently! This is truly a very special service, that so many have tried to accomplish, yet he is obviously the best! If you are looking for the best mac repairman in all of Toronto, I personally would recommend him completely!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my 2017 Macbook Pro a few weeks ago for two repair services: screen repair (black screen after macbook is opened passed 45 degrees) and a battery replacement. Hamad is the real deal - he was able to repair it completely in a timely manner and the price was well worth it. I've read some reviews complaining about the price, trust me, for the amount and quality of work that has been provided, you are getting a deal! Hamad was not only professional but you can tell he's really passionate about his work. He taught me alot of how the macbook infrastructure works and gave me some great advice on how to maintain the health of my macbook. I highly recommend Hamad and his service and will be going back to him for all my macbook repairs in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hamad is the real deal. I took my busted MacBook Pro to him to fix, and he did everything right. He checked it, and evaluated the situation. He then proceeded to give me a very accurate assessment of how much it would cost to fix it, if it were fixable. He did not make any grandiose claims about what he will be able to do, as he said that he needed more time with the machine to evaluate the situation more accurately.
Both the Apple Store, and the Apple Store affiliated stores, had told me that it was not fixable. I had actually bought another MacBook Pro over the summer, but wanted to fix this one, so my daughter could use it. The MacBook had also died on me suddenly, and so I did not have a chance to remove or salvage the data that was on it. There was a lot of stuff that was on it, which was of great value to me, especially the personal and family photos.
Thank you Hamad for being so professional, forthcoming, and honest. You are really good at what you do. I had very little hope that it would be fixed. You are definitely a God sent, and I am sure that I will need your services again in the future. I am so glad that you managed to fix it. This allowed me to salvage a lot of things that were of great value to me, which were on it. However, you have also made my daughter very happy, as she is now the envy of all her friends with her new MacBook Pro, as she usually likes to be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spill an entire water bottle on my Mac and thought it was destroyed. Dropped it off and 2 days later my computer was completely fixed and had all the files from before. Very fair price and excellent service.
A month later and my computer was having issues running very slowly and not loading up. After taking it to my local shops and them not knowing what the problem was.
I called again and brought it in for repair. It had nothing to do w water damage and apparently one of my circuits had blown out. He fixed it free of charge and explained the situation to me. Again he did this in only a couple of days! Now my computer is incredibly fast and runs like a dream.
A very honest guy who takes pride in his work. I recommend him to all.

I had an issue with my screen (short circuit on the motherboard, black screen). My local MacBook repair shop was not able to do hardware/welding repair, so I sent a message to Hamad to see if he was able to fix it. I'm from Quebec and I was afraid to ship my MacBook to a stranger, but he reassures me really well. The whole process took less than a week and the total repair cost was less than expected.

He tried a basic fix to see if he could save me money and repair time, but unfortunately it did not work.
He completed the keyboard replacement service within a day at a significant discount to Apple; 35% of their price.
Will recommend to anyone needing a repair to their MacBook.
