Initially we were quite nervous about the whole process, being new to the city and having to go through the process ourselves was an overwhelming thought. However the team at Prompton really calmed our nerves and handled things very smoothly. My interaction with Viviana Ye were really smooth with the whole process being transparent from the get go. She was very professional, helpful and responsive during the entire duration. I'm not sure if every property manager is over worked or something but every conversation is rushed which leads to confusion and often delays on anything we need done in our condo. This is worst when emergency items or large items are damaged or malfunctioning. When it's finally done it's inspected over thoroughly as if to find an angle to pin the whole of the damage and cost on us which seems disrespectful.

However, as soon as we left, he listed his property on market at a substancial discount. This experience, which happened with Lifong, was a shocking experience for us.

She is just awesome with her work, we got our dream condo just right in front of CN tower in our budget just within a week.
