Whether I am a serious buyer or not, he is always willing to do anything for us, such as multiple showings, measurements, etc. Before closing, he took the initiative to go to the unit to check whether the equipment was working. After closing, I told him that a key and a fob were missing, and the window handle was broken. What impressed me was that even after closing, he still provided prompt responses, best service and solutions. He is amazing, professional, responsible and reliable. I highly recommend him to people who don’t know him.

She is very profession, very courteous, open and accessible whenever needed. And most importantly, if Milan says she will get it done, it will be done. I cannot express how true she is to her word. My recent experience with Milan was for a condo purchase in the GTA. This development was highly coveted with very limited supply for the phase 1 launch. Milan reminded me of a stock broker on the trading floor at the launch of a big IPO with this purchase. She kept me updated at launch with unit availability as well as offered her very valued input on her thought about the units.
