My fiancée and I were referred to them through a friend when looking for a home, and we couldn't be happier to have them be our agent. Now we use them for both selling and buying. Sam is super friendly and has thorough knowledge of the area. Definitely the best agent in the area to go through for any real estate business.

They showed me newly released properties, with features on my wish list, and stopped at nothing to negotiate terms that I was comfortable with. She found me the perfect penthouse suite with parking, and an AMAZING view (these were a must), in the downtown core that was within my budget. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mike Abdoos is honestly the worst realtor ever. He is very unprofessional, doesn't return phone calls, doesn't return emails, and is very rude. I would steer clear of this realtor if you don't want to feel cheated and lied too. I had a horrible experience with him, and because of him I would never recommend this team to anyone EVER. Very unfortunate I have to write this but it was just that BAD!
