★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ary and the team at WinMac are just fantastic. They are resourceful, honest and reliable. They have helped me extend the life of my 2011 macbook pro and I can't believe it's still running so well - it's a 10 year old computer that I used to use in nightclubs DJiing! They have time and time again gone the extra mile. Whether it is making a repair in a rush to help me out, or even one time they delivered my computer to me because they were in the area. This service is uncanny and they are wizards at keeping my mac going. Not to mention just fun to chat with when I have the pleasure seeing them in person. 10 stars!

He fixed my Macbook after the people at Apple told me there is nothing that can be done. Also his prices are fair and you can still contact him afterwards if you need anything. 10/10 highly recommend!

WinMac initially provided a free diagnostic, followed by clear communication to explain all processes, costs, and estimated time needed for repair. They also provided updates throughout the process, as needed. I spoke with Fred and Ary, who are both very personable and courteous, and the customer service staff was also friendly and prompt in responding to inquiries and follow-up. Overall, a professional, effective, and efficient service - Thank you again WinMac! Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this company for MacBook repair :)

They are exceptional in every way: knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely nice. They went extra miles to make my unfortunate experience as minimally disruptive as possible. I'm super happy I picked them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot rave about this place enough. They are miracle workers. Kind. Amazing customer service, honest and a small business.
My toddler spilled bubble liquid (soapy water, gel-like) liquid on to my touch pad - my brand new 2020 MacBook Pro and they fixed it! All my files intact and my browser had all the tabs on it before it kept flickering on and off.
They called me weekly with updates on status and what they were working on. They were so kind and polite. I would bring them anything in the future to repair/upgrade and would highly recommend them to friends and family.
