I really want to give this building a good review, its in a great location with lots of amenities close by, its right above college park and its 24/7 concierge staff are fantastic. Unfortunately I have to give it a negative review because of all the issues with the building. - Long Elevator wait times: This is a given for any large highrise in a busy city. Except its especially bad at Aura, particularly for the low rise units. Theres 3 elevators, 1 is consistently booked for move ins and 1 of the other 2 is consistently broken. This means you consistently experience 15+ minute wait times for the elevators. - Move in/Move out/Large Deliveries: You have to book an elevator to do move ins/outs. This process is incredibly difficult to do and time slots are booked out weeks in advance. - Fire Alarms: Fire alarms happen on average about 3-4 times a month. Each time you'll have an alarm blasting in your ear for about 5 minutes. - Noise: The air conditioning is very noisy, the draft from the wind is very noisy even on floors 20 and above, its right next to yonge street which produces noise and the doors to the hallway do a poor job of stopping noise from people walking by. Other issues include leaks from people taking baths, garbage chutes being clogged, etc... Please look at other reviews on other sites as well you'll see similar reviews to mine.
R	Rachel Hung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cleaning part surrounding and inside the building is spectacular! The cleaning department is diligent, dutiful, and professional in what they do best. Great location for eatery, shopping, grocery, massive park for all ages, right at the front door, pet friendly, and all kinds of entertainment. Walking distance to subway, government offices, medical clinics, just to name a few....... My favorite part is, you can pick up your personal parcels/packages right at the concierge which opens 24/7, friendly people working at concierge, with your secure ID. This building designs their own web site for the neighborhood, which also had a separate link for people who own pets to get together! Great window view for sunrise and sunset, depends on which direction of the suite you reside. Night time view outside the building is spectacular, too, which looks like different level strings of white pearls hanging down from the top of the building, using white fluorescent lights. So far, this building is the tallest condo in Canada, who wouldn't want to live here?

If any damage happens to your apartment due to mediocre infrastructure, the management will try their best to pin it on you no matter how silly the reason is. Elevators break down often, and you get stuck in a line (sometime for 20min) waiting for one elevator to take you up to your apartment. The walls of the apartments are made of cheap hallow wood and cheap pain, very easy to peel and get damaged (even sticky babyproof items can peel off this lousy paintjob).

The building P1 connect to the underground subway station and to the PATH. All grocery stores are downstairs connected from P1. You never have to leave the building, which is particularly helpful during winter. Highly recommend this building.

It is also in the very heart of Toronto city, with shops, groceries, subway lines and great restaurants no more than 5 minutes away. The condos themselves are very spacious, and have an absolutely stunning view of Toronto city - it seems that the city sparkles at night! 100% recommend!
