★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Google don’t allow me give 0 star. This place is totally mismanaged. My son rented their condominium for few months. Both moving in and out they charged $100 and $500 for elevator deposit. After we moved out they didn’t give back the deposit cheque. They promised mail back to us. After 3 months there is nothing. We called few times no answer. Last week we called almost every day and left hundred message. No answer no call back. I have to drive more than 100 km to there to get my cheque back. There are lots of much better condos in Toronto and not charging moving fee, better pricing and better managed. If you don’t want trouble don’t live there please!
