G	Gerry Kroeger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I met Goldie when he was assisting our son in getting his first mortgage. When we needed assistance with a HELOC, we called Goldie to help us. Goldie went above and beyond to meet our needs and always kept us informed, there was no need for us to be calling him. Goldie is extremely thorough, well organized and took the time to explain to both of us, why he was asking for certain information and the best way for us to get it to him, given the challenges with COVID. I would not hesitate in telling anyone, if you need banking assistance, call Goldie. If Goldie is not the person you need, I am sure he would connect you with the right people at CIBC. Even the security guard was lovely. Good job CIBC, this is the best service you have ever provided me.

The individuals who helped me (teller and manager, whose names I unfortunately can't remember) were so kind and helpful. Honestly the experience made my day (which is weird to say for a trip to the bank)

I have started visiting the branch in September 2020, and I have to say they are very helpful and organized. The best employee there is Azadeh Bozorgomanesh. She is accommodating, helpful, and knowledgeable. Given my crazy schedule of being an intensivist in training, she accommodated me many times. She helped me get a dividend credit card as well. One time I was trying to wire money to Flywire (which acts as a third party) to join a master's program at UMass Lowell. The tellers got confused and called the branch manager, who also wasn't sure, so they called Azadeh, and right away, she recognized Flywire and fixed the issue immediately. She is a keeper and definitely deserves a promotion if CIBC knows how to play it smart.
O	O I on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. One active teller , waited in line for over 30 minutes and there were only 2 people in front of me.
C	Chuan Chee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a small branch. There are 2 live tellers but there are 3 ATMs inside (24h) and 1 ATM outside. I've come here on and off for 15 years, 90% of the time to use their ATMs. I've used the tellers very rarely (like 7 times over 15 years) since this is not my home branch. They have renovated their inside ATMs to have a large touch screen and deposit cheques and cash without an envelope. A scanner scan each piece of paper and reads the contents and tells you the amount on each sheet and the total. K	Katherine MacLeod on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unsatisfied with this location. They close earlier than what it says online and the lady working here told me the bay and dundas location is still open. I walk there and it too closed earlier than the time specified on google. The whole reason I am going here in the first place is because they messed up my debit card and it only works on atms and not in stores. Considering switching banks due to this one being unprofessional.
A	Ana Kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure what people are talking about with their “bad service” at this location. Every time I visit for my account deposits, the staff and tellers are extremely attentive to my questions and concerns and speedy with my transactions. Amazing job!
