Y	YoYo Yo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this branch on Saturday. There is huge construction noise upstairs. Even worse, nobody shows at the counter for 10 minutes, making all the customers wait and bear such harsh noise. The staff on that day is not friendly. Basically, she would coldly reject any request from you without any willingness to provide warm service and build relationships with CIBC customers. Sad and disappointed.

I have difficulties standing in the queue and many times someone approaches me and helps me in the office where I can sit. This is a very busy location but I still visit there for the great service.

I was facing some issues and he helped solve them. He is very nice and I am very thankful to him. He also informed me about some good investment options that will benefit me. Keep up the good work!!!

The bank manager, Monica, is a very lovely woman. Her good relationship with her staff comes across through the pleasant atmosphere in this branch. Thanks for being awesome and I can't wait to do more banking here!
A	A C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a "wonderful" experience at this bank! No one at this branch cared enough to help me. No one wanted to do their job. Employees kept directing me to different people, and wasted hours of my time. I wanted to cancel my credit cards, because I was charged money despite having never activated it in the first place. Honestly, the only reason why this bank even has one star is because one staff at another branch (460 University Avenue) willingly helped me. Her name is Ms. Minh Lan. Ms. Lan, thank you for your help. If you're looking for help, you will not find it in this branch (595 Bay St.) This bank really made me feel frustrated and disappointed.

The staff have always been courteous. I've been banking here for at least 15 years. They are open on Saturdays but only for investment banking. There are 4 bank machines inside and 1 at street level outside.
