W	Wail Dashash on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cashier made a mistake and charged me twice on one of the items. After receiving the receipt I discovered the mistake while still in front of her. I told her about it and she told me to wait unti she is done with a mother customer. She then checked the receipt and discovered her mistake. She gave me money without an APOLOGY like nothing happened. Manpower here generally is a problem. And they have very little variety of items.

Very straightforward and transparent employees, if you come to shop here and don't follow legal rules and legislations by law you are causing nothing but trouble to employees
J	Ji won Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their clearance item was not on sale at all. And the cashier didn't care to check the price again. they simply just said, "Oh, it's the price after marked down." But, the clearance price was same as the original sale. Most of their clearance item was either 1 dollar off or 2 dollar off. Don't waste your time there.

The manager here is very professional and helpful, the staff are polite, my only complaint is the line ups, if you see customers lining up please dont place a cashier closed sign and walk away, your store can easily lose customers this way.

This time the 2 employees went on either end of the aisle and just stared at me without even asking me if I needed help or amtrhint. I told them to stop hovering me I didn't like it and they didn't respond than they stood beside eacothee and stared at me as I left. I was so upset I didn't buy anything and left. This is my local pharmacy in my neighbourhood.

Their BE WELL pts program is very handy, easy to use, items I buy are in my offers often, points add up quickly and are easily redeemable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is always well organized, clean and efficient. Prices are usually good for most items I buy.

I come here for 90% of my prescriptions which typically take 10-20 mins to fill (one time it took 5 mins and another time it took 30 mins). They have all the same items as other locations but in smaller quantities. I typically buy from Shoppers but occasionally Rexall has better deals. You can collect AirMiles here.
S	Spiral Tote on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rochelle was polite and professional to all(no matter if you’re an out of towner). The store is well stocked with snack, treats, glamour items and all your medical needs. The store is constantly kept clean with the high traffic bringing the muddy salty snow in and out. Superb quick shop experience. They’re open until midnight. Such a plus. I highly recommend this spot for all your needs!
