Okay chain convenience store. Typical as other such stores like Mac's, Hasty Mart or 7/11 but selection is somewhat limited. This location has small option of hot food such as hot dogs but most of it tends to look like they have been cooking too long and are dried out. Open 24 hours.

On Weds night July 17, 2019. @ around 12.24 Am. I went into this Circle K store ( Dundas & Elizabeth sts ). I asked one of three store clerks, if I could check my lotto Max tickets and that I also would like to buy a lottery ticket. That Clerk replied that I could go check if the machine was opened. I then went to the OLG machine in this store and I was able to check my 1st ticket, it won a free play. While, I was in process checking my 2nd ticket, another store clerk, I think his name is Jey, saw me using the OLG machine and he rudely shut down the machine, without saying anything at all. I then politely said to him, that he could have atleast told me it was time to close, and that he was shutting off the machine. Instead of shutting off while I already was using the machine and that he was rude. To my surprise, his response was, " Rude? Ok, Get out of the store." I then turned to the store clerk whom I had asked at 1st., if I could check my tickets. I told him that I won a free ticket if I could get the free ticket from the store. Before I got an answer to that request, the same clerk, I think named Jey, who had shut off the Olg machine on me, he very disrespectfully told me to, " get the fxxk out of the store." See that? At 1st this store clerk told me get out of the store. Then to, Get the "FΓ—Γ—K" out of the store. I did not deserve such disrespect and ill treatment at this store and that hurted my feelings.

A slightly bigger convenience store compared to others located downtown. Serves specialty coffees, slushies, and some hot foods. They have most items you find at other convenience stores however it is not fully stocked up. Only 1 or 2 left on the shelves for some items. The cashier is unattentive and seems like falling asleep behind the register. Items are slightly more overpriced compared to other convenience stores.

This location says that it is 24hour location which is untrue. I was there at 5am both doors were locked. I knocked at the door to try and get the attention of the employee working... he ignored me and continued doing what ever he was doing. Looked like stocking products. I waited 15mins. Still no acknowledgement from the employee. Then I called, thinking I could just ask if he was planning to open the doors. He ignored the phone. Ended up walking to another 24hour convenience store. I will never go here again and when asked about where to go for convenience store needs will suggest anywhere but this location.

Awful store and staff. 2/10... This summer I went there a dozen times between 2-5 am. Found the store locked shut a bunch of times. Nobody in the store. Other times, when open, the coffee maker was empty or cold. Cashier guys stare and have a bad attitude. Probably because the area is full of homeless street people going in/out. Overpriced snacks, lack of sandwiches and to-go food. I found the 7/11 on Yonge and Elm. I now go there instead.

There is no use to be a regular customer here, a person working between 12 and 12:30 at the counter I always rude and I decided to never visit this location again. I suggest to you guys that everybody is not homeless. He also misbehaved with another customer asking for washroom.

I have been here for at least 10 years. I came because I won some prizes from an online contest. I won 2 energy drinks and BOGO kitkat bars. The store is quite large and spacious, great for social distancing during a pandemic. . Service was good. I had trouble find 2 of the 3 prizes. There are all the typical things that a large convenience store has including household cleaning supplies. One thing that surprised me was they had containers for various flavours of milkshakes and smoothies. You put a container in a machine and it prepares it for you. They do have an ATM should you need cash. Previously it was a Mac's Convenience store. This location is not mobility accessible. There is one step prior to entering the business on one side and a slight bumpy ramp at the other entrance which is not easy to maneuver. The location has a lot of selection and is very spacious. There is a good selection of hot food, cold food to eat as is or warm at home. They have a good selection of snacks and also necessities. Also as we walked in the staff member greeted us right away and was very friendly. It was a very welcoming experience.
