K	Karen Ramos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So happy to return to the Yueh Tung dining room again! We ordered the Chilli Chicken (extra spicy) to which the chef added finely chopped green chillies. It was amazing. We also ordered the sizzling Chilli Beef, which was cooked to perfection and stunningly presented. We are more than grateful to the wonderful staff and the genius Master Chef behind the YT experience!

We ordered their "Hakka Tofu" , "sweet soy Hakka Noodles", Cantonese noodles, hot and sour soup and Manchurian chicken. The bill came up to above $100, the response from management was that I should be able to cook it slowly at home. I suppose if that is the quality offered, I cld have made it at home and enjoyed it better for a fraction of the price. Mind you the waiters & rest of the service staff were great. Just surprised and disappointed that the management or owners response was for the customer to make it at home. The food tasted bland and looked put together with lots of starch. D	Diane on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrance is too scented, you need to ask for a knife, server made mistake, dishes don't come with rice or noodles, rice is 2.50, braised pork wasn't worth 22. The only thing that I'd come back for is the chilli fish on chow mein.
M	Mazahir Rahim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my second visit to this superb spacious Hakka restaurant just off Dundas square. And both times I came away with great memories. Yesterday's visit was hurried but remains memorable. One of the reasons of loving this restaurant is that it is the only restaurant I have visited in Toronto which till serves the Chicken Chow mien the way I ate it in India. They call it Cantonese Chow Mien. Thank you for all the memories. The chicken corn soup was an ideal accompaniment to the meal though it arrived very late. Could have ben slightly sweeter though. Hakka restaurants are famous for their chilly vinegar. The Yueh Tung I remember used to serve this but now it seems they have stopped. That was the only sad part of the visit. Will definitely keep going back for more. After all who can give up good memories?

The place is clean and the service is fast and friendly. Food Is excellent! This place had the real chill chicken for the past 30 years!

Even with a few simple ingredients put together, it delivered a unique taste and flavour that made it so heavenly! I was so full but still wanted more! I also got the Hakka Braised Pork Belly to share and the pork was so succulent that it retained a lot of its flavour and tenderness! You can tell just by the taste how much time and effort was spent slow braising the pork to perfection! As much as I enjoyed the food, I also really enjoyed the quick and great service as well! Everyone was so sweet and helpful. Portion size were enormous! ??
