★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please take a moment to read this review in full as I both own a business and have some noteworthy web design experience so I am severely picky whom I hire.
Time and time again I've found the best web designers are self-taught simply because they are relentless and as a result become excellent troubleshooters.
Lots of folks can build something reasonable from a template but if you want a site ... a GOOD site ... you need to hire someone who can troubleshoot.
Finding these folks is HARD because they're always busy and have deep chops on multiple levels. They're 'artisan' quality, on the upper end of the curve and Andrei (Toronto Web) is one of them.
With him you're just going to get a higher level of interaction. Your job is not going to become a folder in a stack waiting in line for the first available web designer.
In our very first conversation he was able to walk the walk and execute the site I wanted from start to finish.
Absolutely worth the conversation.

They listen to what your requirements are, then add their expertise for design and function. With a little work on your part to provide good content and information for your site or about your business, the result is a high quality website at an affordable price. They are also great after the project is completed with fixing little things here and there or showing you how to make changes, you won't feel like you've been given a website and then been left on your own to maintain and update it.

I wanted my site and my business to stand out. They were great at listening to my requests, didn't flinch when I changed my mind a bunch of times, and I am totally happy with the finished product. My customers tell me all the time, that they chose us because of our website. Also... I'd say they're more of a full-service operation, than just offering a product. Totally worth it!
