Anna, David and their branch manager went beyond their call of duty to help us. I really appreciate the efforts of the staff of this branch. If I lived downtown, I definitely would make this my home branch.
y	yee-shine chen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nosey teller Joy asking questions one after another then finally offer her serving till I asked her to get her manager, what a huge wasted of my time, her manager took her side made everything took even longer... he didn't understand the point, tried to convince me that I didn't feel any unpleasant??? wait, so he thinks he knows me better than me? We had to go through the whole thing from the beginning then she finally apologizes for questions she shouldn't have asked and some misunderstanding she had (thank god), the worst experience I have ever had in all RBC.
C	CJ Mark on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. The cashier and manager told me have to hold the money that transferred into my account from a client for 4-5 bussiness days. But my account manager told me the money is already in the account and ready to use. I was in the bank 3:55pm and they are closing at 4pm. By the way, at least 3 times I saw bank employee was arguing with the customer.

Wasted over half an hour doing a routine business transaction, only to be told "We can't do it because we don't know if you're authorized. You'll need to speak with an advisor" (not currently there, transaction needed to be done immediately) So, I walked down the street to the branch at Dundas & Bay and they were able to do the exact same transaction for me in less than 20 minutes. Great job guys!
F	Fadi Bayomi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had a bad experience with the people on counter and assistant branch manger his name (Ian Brown )I told them my problem in my account and (Ian Brown) was so rude to me hand he couldn't help me with nothing and he's like we can't do anything you should call customer service okkkk then why you are working here !!! As assistant manager??? If you don't know or if you don't want to help the customer ??! This is so bad and am changing this bank am done !!!

She was also able to seek help from her supervisor to assist me with my particular situation. At the end of the day my business was handled and I left as a satisfied customer. The entrance is a bit easy to miss, it's up the ramp - so a picture has been included with this review.

The manager has no idea how to submit proper data into the system unless this is a deliberate scheme on taking money from clients. Definitely taking my financial business elsewhere
