★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second time I am using the service and it has been great both times. Jeremy provided professional service yet very accommodating with my needs. We got all the document ready on Friday morning and usually it would take another business day for the documents to be Fedex'ed for him to compile. Since I was hoping to make it Monday morning, Jeremy gave me the option take the document and meet him in Buffalo first thing Monday morning. It saved me a day on both old job and new job.

I recalled that the first application was prepared with great care after we had multiple emails and phone conversations. I obtained my first TN successfully. This year, I have retained the same company for the second time for my TN renewal. They were working the same way as for my initial TN preparation. The documents were prepared in a very professional way to ensure all requirements for renewal were met, so I was able to get my TN renewed without any issues. They were extremely responsive and very concise and often provided me my answers outside of business hours so that we could keep the process flowing. They provided a very organized TN Visa package which made the visit at the POE go smoothly. I highly recommend their services.

Jeremy and Danielle were very responsive and provided all the right answers I needed to my questions. Jeremy and Danielle were clearly very experienced with the TN status process and they made it extremely easy for me to obtain TN status despite having to accommodate to my employer's special requests on the TN support letter. I was slightly worried that I would be rejected during the pandemic but the filing went smoothly at the Fort Erie/Buffalo Port of Entry (went to this PoE also from Jeremy's recommendation). I strongly recommend their services and I would not think twice to take on their services again when I have to renew my TN status.
