★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This product is not ready for prime time. I signed up as I wanted the ability to direct deposit my employees wages, which is one of the use cases they advertise. We use QB Desktop for our payroll calculations, and it does not have native direct deposit capability. The setup process was easy enough, and they advertised that they had a "bulk upload form" that I could use to automate the process of getting the calculations out of QB, into their system. I spent a day getting the export/form to work, only to find out that "The Bulk Upload Form doesn't work" after engaging with their online chat after trying and failing to use it. If the feature is known not to work, why have a button for it?
Additionally, I was notified that there was NO way to schedule the payments, therefore, I have to run the transactions on the day that I want my employees to get paid. There is no phone number to call if you have issues. Fortunately their online chat support was responsive, but it is disconcerting if you are dealing with tight timelines and tens of thousands of dollars. I really wish these guys would get their act together. The platform has a LOT of potential, but is riddled with bugs and missing features.
