We were worried we might not receive our currency in time. Oscar responded SO quickly, I was amazed. He reassured us, and explained when it would probably arrive, and let us know that if it was late we would get a full refund (which was fine) He was very kind and we will use Interchange from now on!!!

Really great rates. I was originally going to take out pesos from my bank but the teller told me it would take 3 business days for it to arrive since they have to order foreign currency each week. He recommended I go here because you get cash on the spot and the rates are better than what you get at the bank.

PLEASE DO YOU RESEARCH IN ADVANCE AND AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Bendix and Knightsbridge down the street gave me a better deal with far superior customer service. THIS PLACE gave me the Highest rates I got in the downtown area and their “lowest rate match guarantee” turns out to be completely deceiving (they also made me spend 30 mins on the phone with their head office). If you’re not planning to read the entire review, DO YOUR RESEARCH before exchanging money at this place. Call other places and get the rates before making the trip to this place. This is the literal definition of marketing deception. I came here to exchange money and they gave a rate that’s less than 90% of the online rate. I told the employee at the reception that I got better rates from other places I called. I assumed their rate guarantees was LEGIT (SPOILER ALERT: it’s NOT!). She gave me a business card with a number on it saying this is the head office. I called the head office, gave the rate I got and they told me they’ll get back to me in 30 mins!!! I said I was already at their place so they said they’ll call back in 15 mins. 20 mins go by and they call me back to say that because the place that gave me the better rate was a single-location shop, then their policy is to NOT MATCH THAT RATE. While I was waiting for their call back, I called a couple places down the street including Bendix, Knightsbridge and cash money - they ALL gave me BETTER rates. I told that to the employee on the phone and here’s what she told me: She can’t do another price match CHECk because it’s limited to ONE PER CLIENT. I said that I didn’t get the price match because you just told me that you can’t price-match a single location shop, and she said that the terms of service on their website say that they won’t do price match for a single location shops. HERE’S THE ISSUE: WHEN KEY DETAILS OF THE RATE MATCH POLICY ARE HIDDEN DEEP IN THE TERMS OF SERVICE, that my friends is UNETHICAL AT BEST and can be more accurately described as a SCAM. Either way, just go to any place that you find in few mins walking distance and you’ll get a much better outcome. At least make a couple phone calls to other places before you do any business with the place. What a waste of time!

This review is for Interchange Financial Currency Exchange: Rude customer service agents, and traders. Be careful so that they do not steal money from your account. Always go through the transactions in your account daily, if you chose to deal with them. Honesty and integrity is very important in business. It may be easier to deal with a physical location of any company that changes dollars, to be honest, especially if you do volume or exchange money frequently. These guys may try to contact you to remove your review. I am editing this to confirm that this is for Interchange Financial Currency Exchange.

I will never goto this place again! The teller tried to short change ! Always ask for your receipt ! That’s how I realized ! I called to complain! No one ever called back
