Please everybody count it carefully before you leave the store.
They do it on purpose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best way I can explain this place is that it is the Donny's DIscount Gas (from the Simpsons) of Toronto for foreign exchange services.
The storefront is small with enough room for up to 10 people to wait before they get their chance to speak at the two-person glass-walled counter.
They offer very competitive foreign exchange rates and their fees are generally "Donny's Discount Gas" better than the big institutions.
Always call ahead for their bid/ask rate for your desired currency before heading to the location for the transaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's true that they exchange with good rates but the people working there are extremely rude. The woman working there insulted me in any way possible only because I told them that the price they told gave me selling price over phone while I asked for buying price. The different between the prices were 20 CAD and the person who seems to be running the business insulted me for caring about this amount, as if I'm poor and I need the money, which is true, but I don't understand why a person thinks they can insult another person because they are asking for the right price. I ended up feeling really bad and left the place crying. It was such a bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to exchange funds for a great rate compared to the banks, come to here for your next exchange of funds. Last time I was here was before COVID and it was called GoldiumFX, to exchange CAD to YEN. Better rate than the airport of course, waiting to exchange CAD to USD when its safe to travel again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Much better exchange rate than RBC and BMO for Euros. Called ahead and girl was so nice and kept the euros in advance for me. Very friendly service and convenient location on spadina and dundas. Also got free chocolates when I left, chocolate currency, nice touch for customers! Overall would definitely recommend.
