i pay for money in minutes service but it takes 2 to 3 days before the money can be claimed poor service

I may say operation head (Alvin) must not forget the product you are selling is services...No matter who's at fault... Never argue or raised voices towards your client. Especially the one involve is a long time client of Metrobank. Deal conflicts with Professionalism. But thank you for accomodating my request finalmente.

Been with this company for 10 years to send money to the Philippines. It's very convenient for me as I just have to send an email in the comfort of my home and voila, get the confirmation in few minutes and my family can easily pick up anywhere..Thank you guys for your very good service!!!

I find the service great, staff is pretty prompt, the service charge is affordable and competitive, I actually can't find anywhere lower than their price, its very convenient as I deposit the money to their RBC account and just send them an email to let them know and they in turn remit the amt less the service fee to my family in the Philippines. I've been using them for several years now and no complaints at all.

Horrible, super slow service that asks so many questions to send a Hondo. If they make any mistakes, which happened to me, they turn around and say that there's a 4 dollar "amendment charge" As it turned out, they actually misspelled they last name ofthe recipient. After checking and verifying the small piece of paper that I filled out. The worst of this transaction is that, they need to resend the change info. Which could've easily been avoided if they are competent. Now all the inconvenience is passed on to me. NO I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT AT ALL. TRANSACT AT YOUR OWN RISK. I KNOW I WON'T GO BACK TO THEM EVER AGAIN. I also read some of the reviews dated 2 years ago. One mentioned, they answered all the questions I asked. And he recommends this place. They other review was a long time relationship with this establishment. That she sends an email and viola they do it for her. Both of these people are B.S., therefore misleading the consumers. How can she claim is done for her if their system is still pen and paper? NO DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME TO GET DISAPPOINTED LIKE ME!!!
