The worst Clinic ever !!!! I walked in to the clinic for a Covid test , I came across this Persian pharmacist who was rude , snobby and dominating . Portrayed that I am uneducated and yelled at me and insult me infront of other patients . It is very Inhuman to put some one down when they are sick !! I was trying to understand something and had a clean conversation with her but she got very defensive and started referencing other clientele and Generalized my concern . Being in health care and the world we live in currently she could have been more humble and understanding. I highly recommend have the appetite to deal at this location specially when you are sick !! I always believe in this that if some does good to you and you remember them but if some does bad to you then you definitely remember it !! The other reviews might reflect good reviews but I am sharing a genuine concern and this can happen to you too. So be very careful and choose a different pharmacy!!

I've done rapid antigen and PCR testing here and the process from start to finish has been super efficient. Highly recommend to anyone in the Midtown/Mt. Pleasant area that needs pre-departure testing for travel.

The pharmacists are rude and I was barely inside for 2 minutes. As soon as I stepped in I got a bad vibe. The woman shouted if I needed help and coincidentally that's when I saw which aisle I needed so I said I’m okay or something. No big deal right? The shelf happened to be facing them and the woman said something in her language to the man whom stared at me as he smirked (they are middle eastern). Soon after, the woman moved to the front cash register beside where I was standing. Long story short, the woman loudly and said "it's not that much" and she said this several times and I was only inside for 2 minutes. She seemed to gloat and be stuck up while belittling me and trying to make me feel poor. They only had one brand of something I was looking for. I was actually looking for a different brand. There was only one other customer inside before I entered and she was still in an aisle the entire time. She was not harassed while I was in there and she happened to be Caucasian. News for you woman if you're reading this, you're just a pathetic woman without customer service skills and you lack common courteous knowledge. You're only a pharmacist and have major personal ego issues. If you want to learn more about the health care field, I have a family member whom is a specialist MD and heads a department in one of the downtown hospitals. If you think you're so smart I'll send you over to him and see how much you know when you're too busy being rude to potential customers. I'll be letting everyone I know on my social media to avoid here and yes some live in the area. Y&E has countless pharmacies and nobody deserves to be treated this way.

Even before coming in to take the test, the process was seamless and it was overall a great experience. Booking the appointment through Calendly made it easy to see what availabilities fit my schedule, and there were plenty of spots open, which is important if you are booking a COVID test for travel like I was. The pharmacy also sent reminder emails/texts a few days leading up to the appointment which was super helpful and reassuring as it confirmed that your appointment was still happening. I came in a few minutes before my appointment start time and there was no wait time; they did the test within a few minutes. Within 15 minutes, they had a printed copy of the letter for travel as well as a digital copy in my email. Probably the best COVID testing experience I have had - would highly recommend, especially if you are booking something for travel and need a reliable, quick option.

Calm environment. Great timing. The offer PCR testing and I was able to book my appointment online 20 minutes prior. The staff were kind and polite. The pharmacy itself was very clean. A great addition to the neighborhood!

Fantastic service! They take the time and effort to provide professional service and get the prescriptions you need right away. Very convenient location. Excellent turn around time on covid tests, and same day, walk in availability for shots. This place is amazing!

Highly recommend this pharmacy and clinic. Excellent service provided by Staff. They are very knowledgable, helpful and ever so friendly! They truly are going the extra mile for you! Great experience. Razi staff is very polite, helpful, and fast to attend. I booked an antigen test, they did the test in advance (since I arrived earlier). The lady pharmacist was amazing. Finally, the results were done in just few minutes, much less than the 15min expected. I definitely recommend going there.
