★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the 3 sessions of microneedling. The first 2 sessions, got no complaints. My face was cleansed properly before the treatment and I did notice that all parts of my face were treated. However, the last treatment that I had was not that satisfactory as the first two. She only applied one cleanser then that was it. Compared to the first two treatments I had, they cleansed my face and did a lot of stuff before proceeding to the treatment. Also, this session is much more painful! And after the treatment, i felt that not all of my face received the treatment compared to the first 2 sessions. One more thing is when she is cleaning my face she applied alcohol pre treatment and post treatment and both thise times my nostrils almost burned as it was overwhelming which did not happen on my first two sessions. I would have given this as a 1 star if it wasnt for the first two sessions I had.

There were a few times I was quite nervous and she responded with compassion and consideration which I appreciated. The appointments were always on time and easy to book. I am quite happy with my results from the treatment.

Edit : Just recently , they went above and beyond for me and I just had to edit my review . Marilou was very nice to book an appointment for me way later than she should have . I really needed my facial done before a wedding and after work is my only time ( after 7 ) -- she didnt want to stay late but she understood my situation and did a wonderful job ! I think she just earned a regular :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started my treatment on December last year(2021), I got three IPL photo rejuvenation from Groupon. I was a little bit skeptical about it but Paulina explained to me everything that I needed it to know and make me feel more comfortable. In addition, I got three spa chemical peal as well. You can notice the difference right the way once you get your first treatment. I recently purchased three Microneedling and I'm very happy with the results, so far so good. ??
FYI: Paulina is not always at the Burlington location.

They combine treatments in one session so you can get it for less $$, theyre also very knowledgeable with every skin type so you can ask them questions throughout the session. I did notice that my skin was glowing for days after the treatment! And my scar on my nose was less noticeable!

I've never had any facials done and Paulina has been an incredible help to me and made my experience so amazing.
She's extremely knowledgeable and explains each process in detail. She's not pushy or shows any judgment. I feel informed, I feel good and look good too! Thank you so much Paulina :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My skin has never felt this SOFT or looked this GOOD! I am doing multi treatment; green peels and micro needling…so far one session each and the results are amazing! Also, combining that with medical grade skincare but GIRL this face feels like butter!
To note: I have don’t micro at other clinics and even after multiple sessions I never had these results!
The ladies are also very nice and informative about the procedures.
I totally recommend this clinic but for anyone who’s going I would suggest either a consult first or come with extra $$$ cause the ladies will make product recos to get the best results. Totally optional but worth the additional investment but not cheap.
