The owner has many years of experience and sincerely desires to resolve your skin concerns to meet your expectations. She listens closely to what you say and does her utmost to reach your goals. This spa really delivers. They are the best at being consistent (how you wish every business would act and practice) in achieving your best skin. I have never left this spa feeling it was just OK or satisfactory. It is always excellent. This spa also accompanies every facial I have had with the most wonderful, relaxing massage. They release all your body stress and are never skimpy with staying on a stubborn spot longer. I am on my third year of attending The Urban Spa. My only regret is I didn't find it sooner.

She is very detailed, educated and has an incredible knowledge of the product that she uses. Aside from the excellent cleaning treatments she does for skin, she also does a massage which once you've tried you cant help but coming back for again and again. Along with all of that, Mirjana is wonderful person with a very pleasant personality, and I personally believe that only that type of individual can do such a job.

I have problematic skin that requires a lot of cleaning and while the other facials felt like a torture and left me with acne’s scars, on the other hand the facial with Mirjana are relaxing and highly effective. With her magic touch the acne cleaning doesn’t hurt and I always leave with my skin clean and glowing. She is highly skilled estetician who is always concerned about quality not quantity like in other salons where they are so pressed for time.
