★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service here is impeccable, from the moment you step in you feel very welcomed and catered too. I wanted to do something different with my nails since I rarely get them done. The technician asked me my comfort level with designs, colours I like etc. I must say she really impressed me and I will definitely be going there on a regular from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely love this place! Clean, welcoming staff and spectacular services. I come here every month to do my lashes and Ophelia does such an amazing job. She is quick and efficient, but does very detailed work. I also got a facial done a bit ago and it left my skin glowing and has helped clear up my acne! I highly recommend booking here, you won’t be disappointed.

She makes you comfortable during your services & is very kind, knowledgeable, & patient while examining your skin & explaining how the services/tools will work. My skin always looks amazing after my facials & stays that way due to her skincare recommendations & tips.

They think of all aspects of your stay and tailor it to your comfort. They always answer all my questions and go above and beyond with following up with my progress and post recovery. The owner Ophelia is extremely skilled and makes sure everything is perfect.
I would highly recommend making an appointment and this facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't say it strong enough. These 2 business partners are providing and absolutely awesome, professional, educative and pleasant experience. I did a full body wax and as someone who has a lot of hair and having had a negative experience the last time I did a full body wax, Meika knew her job and how to deal with my body type and provided proper education on not only everything she did but also provided recommendations to me on what I should be doing personally to improve various areas whether it's moisturizing / exfoliating /oiling etc. This Spa offers all services under one roof including massage therapy, waxing, facials, manicures & pedicures plus plus plus plus. I can't recommend them any louder. Great great job and great great service.

During my appointment she was attentive and answered all my questions and took her time with the session, I left happy! The studio has a pretty ambience that is very appealing, i already have another appointment booked, the service is above and beyond!

These are the words I choose to describe my experience at Ophelia Maquillage Beauty Studio. I was looking for a new place to get my nails done, a place where I could support a Black entrepreneur. My standards for service are high and from the first interaction with Ophelia, I knew this would be the place for me to get my nails done. The attention to customer service was top notch and I booked my next appointment before I left.
Let me tell you about my actual nail service, my nails were done by the amazing and talented Meika Johnson! Not only did she take care of my hands and feet. She also did the best French manicure I have ever had. The attention to detail in her work left me amazed. On top of that, she also provided me with the solutions to manage some issues that I have with my cuticles. When you are dealing with your hands and feet you want someone who is knowledgeable and talented taking care of you. I am more than happy to recommend Ophelia and Meika, they don't just provide you with a service, they provide you with a treatment, education and great experience. I am looking forward to my next appointment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently booked a nail appointment at Ophelia Maquillage, and I must say this beauty studio is such a hidden gem in Toronto that deserves credit where it's due. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the studio owner who welcomed me with a warm smile. She was extremely friendly, very customer oriented, and upon entry she provided me with a tour of the studio. The studio is even more beautiful in person, and the attention to detail in the décor truly makes you feel like a queen. The amenities are very clean, and the studio owner definitely takes pride in making sure that her clients are well taken care of and are comfortable throughout their visit. I decided to get the Gel X nails, and wow I was more than satisfied with how the studio nail tech did my nails. I received so many compliments about how beautiful my nails looked. I must say that if you are looking for a beauty studio that checks all boxes on efficiency, cleanliness, customer service and quality, to check out Ophelia Maquillage, you will be more than satisfied.
