S	Shubham Jaiswal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont ever deal with these liars and worst service providers. I wish there was a negative star possible They are the worst possible service providers ever. They have a booking facility online with no cancellation button. I booked an online appointment with them but then got stuck at some place, so I tried calling them on number listed on the website. Despite multiple tries no one answered. Then I get a call from them from another number saying that I was a No show. So I have to still pay them. I agreed to pay them as I didn't want any further hassles. ( She kept calling me till 10pm as if I was running away) So I receive an email link where I enter my card details to pay. The email has the same number on which I had called before but the lady simply said she didn't get my calls and she uses different number. Now I think I was done with them if I pay this bill. So I happily login and try to pay. My card is declined and I am infuriated. I contact them again and say I will come down and pay them in person. These people are so busy now that for the payment I need to book an appointment. They dont value my time and I was trying to honor the appointment I missed by paying them. I really dont expect ever to meet any such people. They dont know how to treat people. Please stay away from them unless you have time and energy to waste.

She has the vast knowledge of the human body that is required to be able to develop personalized treatment plans. Her personality is warm and inviting and really makes you feel relaxed throughout your treatment session. I would highly recommend Jennifer for anyone who is looking for a RMT who puts in the effort to cater to your individualized needs, opposed to a generic massage that most other clinics offer.

I live in Montreal but was visiting my mother in Toronto while she underwent a lumpectomy from a recent breast cancer diagnosis. Jennifer told me that she also specializes in oncology massage. I'd love to get my mom to book some therapy with her. I've had lower back pain for several months and neck pain ever since a car accident I had over 25 years ago. Add to that the tension I'm feeling in my body from the days leading up to and following my mother's surgery...my body felt like a wreck. I was long overdue for a massage, both for relaxation and to loosen up my muscles. Jennifer was really attentive to my needs and monitored my tolerance to the intensity of her treatment in order to best suit my comfort level. Her manner is calm, friendly and professional. She even gave me some exercises to do post treatment to help me feel even better. She says she loves what she does for a living and it shows. All in all, a great experience! I will definitely book an appointment with Jennifer any time I'm in Toronto. If you're lucky enough to live nearby, go see her!

She takes the time to get to know you, make you comfortable and to personalize your experience. Jennifer will review any issues and customize a treatment for your specific needs. I have found that she is up to date on new techniques and will explain them before you decide together that a specific treatment may work well for you. She seems to know instinctively what is working well and will change tactics when something is not. My chronic shoulder pain is well under control, I am pain free as I write this. I feel great, thank you Jennifer

I was so impressed after the first appointment, but now after the second I feel that I have to write something about her. She takes the time to listen to your concerns, does not cut short the sessions, does not accept tip (she says because she is a health-care professional so she should not take tip), and provides an excellent quality massage. I have been to many places around Toronto but Jennifer is truly #1.
