I had a classic set done by Emily and she was absolutely amazing. It's my first time getting them done and she was very gentle. I fell asleep for most of it. She had blankets and everything for me. The lashes themselves were amazing. I couldn't believe it the moment she handed me the mirror. I'm excited to flaunt these for the next few weeks! P.S. The place was very clean too. I felt very safe and comfortable.

I've loved every visit to the Flirty Flutters team. Everyone there makes me feel welcomed and ready for an eyelash extension appointment. My appointments have always been with the owner and she makes every effort to provide a comfortable and professional experience. It's clear everyone on the team cares. This is an establishment that I trust and recommend.

Lack of empathy + communication skills Edited: *** Absolute false claim by the owner- She did not rectify the situation via email and chose to ghost me, hence, I am taking the time to write this detailed google review. It's a shame she chose to act in this way and is a reflection of her terrible management skills.*** I had been a client of this place for about 8 months and had attended multiple appointments without any issues. Of course, the true test of a business owner is how they treat their repeat clients when an unforeseen circumstance arises. I called a day prior to reschedule my appointment or move it later in the day due to the weather forecast. We had been hit with a snow storm overnight and my appointment was at 10am the next morning but they were closed. (they had published incorrect hours of operation on google which they quickly edited once I pointed it out.) However, that wouldn’t have mattered anyway because they require a FULL 48 hour notice otherwise they will charge you the FULL price of the service which in my situation was a hefty $125! I understand the cancellation policy is there to deter people from cancelling last minute which I have never done and never planned on doing. However, I had to cancel due to unsafe driving conditions and out of fear of getting stuck in my car but there was zero empathy from the staff at this place. They just continued to point out that all their staff showed up to work so I should have too. I simply asked to change my appointment later in the day once the streets were shovelled but they refused to accommodate. I communicated respectfully over email and asked the owner multiple times to call me but she refused to have dialogue over the phone and just kept emailing me that there would be no exception as per their cancellation policy and that “the artists need to be compensated for their time as they are on a commission base.” The lack of empathy was shocking for me. They refused to make a ONE TIME exception for a repeat client in good faith which speaks volumes. The unwillingness of offering a solution in this matter and the constant deflecting of a phone conversation by the owner. Very unprofessional. Stay away from this place.

I got a lash lift by Sky a few weeks ago and I'm thrilled with the results. It's the first time I've ever done anything to my lashes and I was a bit worried with how I'd react, since sometimes waterproof mascara can cause me to shed a few too many lashes. But the results were amazing. The lift lasted the whole time while I was in Italy and it was great not having to wear mascara. Sky was also gentle, made me feel comfortable, and explained the care and duration process. Definitely recommend.

I had my very first lash lift and tint a little while ago in this beautiful salon. Sky did an amazing job and she was so patient and kind to me. She explained every steps of the process because it was my first time I did know what to expect. I have very sensitive skin but she used professional products and thankfully my skin did not react badly. She made me feel so calm and relaxed for the entire time and the results were just wow! Two weeks later my lashes still beautifully curled and tinted and looks so natural. I could only recommend her if you’ve been planning to lift your lashes but you’re still scared to try it.

The lift really made my eyes stand out more, plus they are easy to maintain. Sky made me feel super comfortable, she was attentive to my requests, and worked quickly. Flirty Flutters is truly a neighbourhood gem! I just had my first brow shape, tint & lash tint done there and I am really happy with the results. The location is beautiful and offers a relaxing and stress-free environment. Sky was an absolute doll and was able to gradually do my brow tinting to assure it was not to dark or harsh at any point. She also had other great recommendations that I will be trying at my next appointment. Emily did classic eyelash extensions for me twice and it was amazing. The results were very natural, beautiful and long lasting. The glue and procedure did not irritate me, and the products they used seemed high quality. Emily was very punctual, professional and comfortable to deal with. She explained everything before and after the procedure and was happy to answer any questions I had. She made the whole process seem comfortable and less scary. I would definitely go back to Emily to do my eyelashes again.
