I have been having my services done by Tracy (the owner) for over 10 years now and I can honestly say I would never let anyone else ever touch my face! I definitely recommend this place to everyone seeking professional service and great results!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found the staff to be nice, the space is elegant and clean but as for their scheduling and professionalism is where they lost my support going forward. Twice I had arrived for a service I booked via their website and without notice was told the day of that the products used aren’t available, rather than calling me ahead of time prior to going in. I’ve also had to wait over 30 min before for my service, and had to wait that amount of time to even pay to leave because they are understaffed and no one was managing the front desk. They also constantly cancel on me last minute now (less than two hours) to the point where I feel they’re being inconsiderate and unprofessional, and also very passive aggressive about the situation/not apologetic.
Would not recommend this space if you are someone who relies on consistency and time management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recommended to this clinic by an industry insider and I am so happy to have met Tracy. It was my first time trying Dysport (over Botox) and Tracy made me feel so comfortable. She is very knowledgeable and I felt at ease knowing I was in experienced, trusted hands. I was not responding to Botox the same way having done treatments for many years. Tracy introduced me to Dysport, and while I was so nervous trying a new neurotoxin, I am so happy I did!!! Absolutely no side effects and my forehead feels more relaxed. I also get headaches a few days after Botox (sometimes) and I didn’t feel a thing after this treatment. I am so happy I was referred to this place and I can’t wait to try other treatments with Tracy. The clinic is so cozy, clean and elegant. Love everything about this place. Thank you!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge huge warning - I came into this spa extremely polite and asked for no photos to be taken, Connie agreed, when she covered my eyes I heard the clicking of several photos, and caught her in the act. I asked her not to do my forehead or under my chin or neck, and she did anyway after I told her not to. I ended up having tons of random hair growing from places I never had hair, and tons of scarring on my forehead and neck, even though I've done laser many times before. She also was extremely condescending especially after I bought $200 of her products on top of the laser.
Fixing the hair issue and scarring cost me upwards of five grand elsewhere!! Thankfully the new place did a stellar job. It's astounding that there are so many raving reviews. I assume it's because they had that deal where you get a perk for writing a review last year. I came here due to the reviews and was treated terribly by all staff members, especially after dropping a grand, I was also rushed as she overbooked people and mentioned "others were waiting" during my appointment of one hour. I felt absolutely horrible and won't go anywhere off reviews for skincare in the future without a recommendation from a friend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found this place searching on Google for someone that had experience doing Botox and I found Tracy who knows exactly what to do. I’ve seen her a few times now and I am now more confident in how I look and she also cured my headaches. The process can be different for everyone and Tracy really cares and makes sure you are happy. She is also very kind. Because I had such a good experience with Tracy I decided to try one of their laser facials with Connie , who is extremely sweet and kind. I’ve never done this kind of facial before and at first I thought it did nothing within a day I noticed a difference after just one treatment. The spa is beautiful and the ladies are just amazing they are so patient and kind. I’m so happy I found this place for my anti aging journey and I’m excited to try more services with them. I would highly recommend this place and would not go anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Without a doubt, the BEST place to go for anti-aging treatments of any kind in the city. Tracy and her staff are incredibly professional, friendly and clean! I did the "Secret" for my skin and I can not tell you what a difference it has made. I love it! Go for her drips (which are amazing) and stay for her treatments!

The staff is always super welcoming and professional. Tracy is the owner, and always keeps up with providing the newest technology, techniques and services. They are great at recommending the exact solution to my concerns and never oversell. I trust them completely. I have been very thankful for the vitamin drips over the last while to keep my immune system working its best. With all the med spas out there I feel lucky to have found somewhere that is consistent and I can always trust to give me the best prices for the top services and the best possible result. I can’t recommend Midtown Med Spa enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to Midtown Med Spa for several years and would never go anywhere else. The spa is extremely clean and welcoming. They stay on top of the latest technology and treatments. The staff goes above and beyond every time without fail. I had a treatment recently and called a few times after the treatment to speak with Connie and ask questions. She is patient, professional and takes her time.
The owner Tracy is a blast. I've been seeing her for several years. She has an incredible amount of knowledge, never pushes you to do more and never makes you feel rushed. I've had several different kinds of treatments (Pico, facials, injections) and have always been very happy with the results every time.
I would highly recommend Midtown Med Spa!
