Service was fantastic and the products seemed to have a solid amount of quality. The prices were a little higher then expected but not outrageous.

We got the stretch sofa with arms over the holidays for some guests and its so comfy! We have a small apartment so it's nice to have a place to lounge and to have guests sleep. The website is easy to use and the staff were very helpful when we called with questions.

I'm glad I found the sofa bed store online. Ordered the movie night for my apartment in Vancouver. I wanted a decent size sofa bed but everything I looked at wouldn’t fit in my elevator. Since all The Sofa Bed Store stuff comes apart, I was able to choose exactly what I wanted without having to worry. The sofa bed is Comfortable and looks beautiful in the apartment. Great service too!

Love our new sofa bed. We’ve looked for a new sofa bed for years and this one looks streamlined and is comfortable for our family. I ordered the extra tray after reading reviews. I was able to order from the Mount Pleasant store. The gentleman helping me was so busy with a store full of customers, but took the time to answer my questions. Delivery was faster than expected and they set it up in our awkward basement area in a half hour. We have the light grey which I wouldn’t recommend because I’m constantly protecting from messy kids, but it looks really nice! I recommend using a mattress protector and deep fitted queen sheets when guests sleep over.

Finding a sofa bed that looks great is a really hard task. Not anymore with The Sofa Bed Store! People are surprised that my couch is a pull out and even more surprised when they realize how comfortable it is to sleep on (I got the memory foam pad as well). Harry was fantastic in the process, being helpful and informative without pushy on making a sale. We even fit the boxes into my Audi A3 so got to take it home that day.

We purchased a Stretch sofa with arms (Double/Full), and a topper during the spring of the 2020 Pandemic, and it is a terrific bed! We installed the bed in our 160 sq ft office, in order to live separately from our grown children during this time of Pandemic social distancing. It is Full Size, and the smallest sofabed for two that we could find. The design is vastly superior to more traditional fold-out sofa beds. The bed arrived in manageable boxes, and assembly was straightforward. The bed is very well engineered and sturdy, and the fabric is attractive and of good quality. The transformation of opening and closing the bed is easily done by this 72 year-old grandma. Best of all, the bed (with topper) is extremely comfortable and due to its design seems substantial enough to remain viable for many years. One caveat: Due to the design of the bed, the foot of the bed does not have a place to tuck in sheets, but I stitched a simple fitted corner into my bedding and it is sufficient. Certainly worth it for the excellent comfort and ease of operation of this bed. Customer service in placing our order was excellent. We rate this sofabed with 5 stars--excellent quality, great comfort, good service. We are very happy with this purchase. Catherine Katz Massachusetts USA

The products of this store were excellent. We have purchased two sofas from them. Unfortunately the quality is no longer there, at least with some products. Our original purchase was a woven/tweed material that has worn well and still looks great (made in Europe). The second looked great originally, in a blue fabric, but has not worn well (made in China). We are very disappointed with the second couch. The store provided a fabric defuzzer but results are mediocre. I believe they still have some good products, but unfortunately you can no longer trust them all. We were in search for great quality that would last and are only batting 50% from the Sofa Bed Store. Thanks for your response, I always appreciated the tone and service from your store. Just to be clear, I was concerned about how the couch would wear when I bought it. I was assured, due the fact that the floor model was the same material and showed no significant sign of wear, that it would not be a problem. I was also told that the couch came from Europe and they were of the highest quality. Let's call it a misunderstanding. That said, the purpose of my review was to inform new buyers to be aware that all products sold are not equal. Due to COVID, we have used the couch very lightly, often not at all, and it has not worn well. I believe it is an inferior product to what I purchased originally. I also used to recommend your store to many (and often) without hesitation, but now do so with caution. The blue material should not be sold with your couches and does not stand up to light use; in my opinion - only for what that is worth. I regret buying the second couch, that is all. Still love the first one.
