S	Saman Rahnamaei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid like the plague... They lied to us and said the arm chairs we ordered are in stock back in early March. I've since called customer support numerous times... They admitted that they didn't have them in stock and were waiting for shipment! Delivery estimate on their website keeps getting pushed back and I haven't received my arm chairs after more than 2 months now... They were supposesly IN STOCK!!!
C	Carolyn Sharf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The Canadian site shows items on sale, yet this location does not offer or price match those sales. However, when I called the liberty village location, they said "of course they price match the sales online". What a discrepancy. As a designer who has worked at luxury furniture stores, this level of customer service is unacceptable. The staff at this location have a terrible attitude and seem bothered to want to help a customer.

They only thing they say is that they understand but they don’t seems to care at all. First and last time I purchase anything from this store If anybody cares at west elm please send my furniture for god sake I am tire of waiting
M	Mahshid Ghassemi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a set of dining table, a set of coffee and side table and two chairs. The money was deducted once I ordered. Aside from the fact that right after placing the order, they kept sending me emails mentioning the delivery will be delayed, the one item which was in stock and delivered was broken. I had to send it back and they told they don’t have anymore of that item in stock!!! Therefore, I canceled the whole order before shipping but had to contact several times for more than a month to get a refund and every time I got a different answer. They even didn’t want to refund the shipping cost for the items which was not basically delivered and I had to follow up and explain several times. DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BRAND, it brings nothing but headache. This brand doesn’t even deserve one star!
D	Denise S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ West Elm has beautiful furniture and home accessories. I tried to free interior design consultation and it was helpful to get some ideas. You send photos of your place with dimensions etc. and tell them what you are looking for and they help you select pieces. You don't have to buy anything on the spot. I chose a desk and a chair and waited until there was a sale to order. Delivery is okay. They give you a huge time window of when the items will arrive and they don't notify you closer to the date, so one day you may randomly find a giant box on your porch. For small items, I like to purchase online and pick up in store. The process is pretty smooth. The showroom is fun to walk around and there is always a sale section worth checking out (good for things like linens, holiday decor -- some of the furniture there is from the show room and show signs of wear). You can also follow their instagram as they often post flash sales that are heavily marked down (but they seem to go really fast! I have never had any luck). You can get 40 mins. free parking underground if you spend $15 at Farm Boy. West Elm does not validate your parking.
A	Ananthu K.S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 2 small nightstands online for home delivery. Delivery guy called me and said the package is big can you come pick up. Whats the point of home delivery then ? Why would they expect me to own a bigger vehicle than a delivery company ? When you buy things from a place like West Elm you would expect them to have partnership with a decent delivery service who will be able to deliver a 20 lb package at home. How big of a package a small nightstand can be in. Glad I was not asked to pick it from store itself for the so called HOME DELIVERY….
M	Mehrsa Mrajani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m living a nightmare here with the purchase I made with west elm!! Please take all the negative reviews seriously!! I purchased a bed from them and some other items as well but bed was the most important one for me that I truly needed it on time. The bed was an “in stock” item which should have been delivered right on time. As I placed the order they immediately deducted the money and the status of my order changed to “In Transit from Distribution Center”. This was back in February!!!! Not only the status has not changed after that but also the delivery date had been changed twice already!!! As I call their customer service nobody has an answer for me!!! Every time they give me a different answer!!! One person says it’s in LA on it’s way to Toronto, the other person says it’s in New Jersey and had been there for a month!!! Another person says you should definitely receive it in a week and right now 2 month has passed from that week!!!! West Elm items are nice and beautiful but believe me it does not worth the headache it will bring you!!! Specially with the price you pay for them and the delivery fees!!! You pay this much money and you’ll buy yourself months of headache with no product in your hand!!! That I can assure you!!!

But if you can't wait to find at homesense. Then check west elm out. Their items are so beautiful and very good quality. Also if you are buying online,always check for store availability even if it says the item is not available instore for pickup. It could be available in the store.just call the store, give the CSR the sku number for the item and they will let you know if it available instore for pickup. You can order over the phone and you will save the shipping cost.
