I haven't had much bad experience with this condo. The amenities are ready to use, and the management is really nice and responsive. I live on higher floors, but I have never needed to wait for elevators in any hours. 4 elevators for Soudan exit, and I think 2-4 elevators for Hillsdale exit. When it comes to noise, I guess it really depends on your neighbor. It is a large condo with a lot of units. Overall, experience with neighbor has been positive. Location is really convenient. TTC right next to it.

Can only comment on Art Shoppe Customer Care...My unit had problems with the shower tiling that caused water to leak out of the shower and onto the bathroom floor, which could cause damage to the floors and possibly even the unit below. For over a year Art Shoppe Customer Care gave me the run around, claiming to have sent tradespeople to inspect and repair it, that materials were ordered but not yet arrived. The lack of accountability was beyond terrible. The only reason I'm giving more than 1 star is because when Galya took over my case at Art Shoppe Customer Care, she immediately called me and arranged repairs so that the leak was resolved within days. If you need help from the condo builder, ask for her. Thank you again Galya :)

I am one of the owner of the building, and I have many experience with condos, there were many issue with the building when I first got the key, just like most of the newer buildings in toronto, even some of the Tridel Building has the same problem. But the good thing is, the current condition are pretty good, no issue with the elevator, management are getting on their feet.I have to say it's managed well for covid situation. And the farm boy shop and scotia bank was really surprised.

Overall, a great building to live in. Convenient location across the street from the Eglinton subway station, and in the same building at Farm Boy. The concierge are helpful and chat with you with a smile. The unit I'm in is great, lots of sunlight, and south facing views of the lake and CN Tower. Yes, I have read some of the previous reviews. There has been many improvements since mid-2021, notably that the amenities are completed and the construction is done. It is a new building and the property management have been quite diligent to identify issues and take steps to address them. If you have lived anywhere else, nothing is perfect, but here they are taking active steps. The management provides regular email updates for any maintenance or changes. Noise-wise, yes if you are in the hallways in front of a unit you might hear some noise from inside. In my unit, I don't hear any noise from my neighbours. There is some construction going on in the neighborhood, so you might hear some from outside during the daytime. Certainly living in the city in a central prime area has its benefits and tradeoffs, and some initial issues are to be expected but are being fixed. All in all, it's a well-run building to live in.

Location, Location, Location. Love it!!! Within steps to the TTC Subway, and will be even better once the Eglington Crosstown is finished, Many Restaurants, Shopping & Entertainment.in the area especially the FarmBoy at ground level. Very convenient. The building is new and there was some initial pain points that required attention such as the common areas and amenities not being fully completed and being delayed by Covid restrictions. Also there was some construction issues with some units and the way that Property Management responded or lack of response but that’s going to happen with more than 600 units with new construction. I’ve been fortunate not to have any issues and it appears that many of the units and property management customer services experience is back on track to the level that is expected of the building.Highly recommend the building now that most issues appear to be resolved and it’s living up to the pre construction hype.

Rented here for the past year since Dec '20. Lobby and hallways kept clean, I see the friendly cleaning staff around all the time. Great gym - tho wish there were more equipment. Like the neighborhood and close subway access. Neighbors are understanding of covid restrictions and don't pile into the elevators yet minimal waiting during busy hours. Wish there was a better way to pickup delivery packages tho, it's a lot of work for the concierge to pick up the parcels in the locked room.

I've been renting a condo here for the past 6 months since July 2021 and it's been a good experience. Pros: - Concierge are friendly - in particular, Bridget goes out of her way to help residents and make them feel welcome. - COVID protocols: this building seems to make safety a priority. Limits on how many residents can use an amenity make me feel reassured. Residents abide by elevator limits, yet there is rarely more than a 1-2 minute wait for the elevator, if any. - amenities are great. Gym is well kept. Billiards and table tennis are excellent. Rooftop pool was perfect on a sunny day. See photos. - subway entrance is a 2 minute walk down the street - very convenient to get downtown for work. Cons: - no direct subway entrance. It can be cold to walk down the street on days. Though this may mean less "strangers" walking into the building for security purposes. - pets - although pets are allowed, there is a condo rule that if your pet is too much of a disturbance, you may be required to remove them. - no airbnb/short term rentals allowed. I thought about renting out my condo for a week when I will be away, but checking the condo rules it's against the rules. I guess this also means fewer strangers roaming.

One of the best condos in the city. From the super helpful and amazing concierge at the front desks, to the upper management that actually cares. Everything is managed extremely well in this building. The residents are friendly, and the amenities are top notch. Can’t wait for the summer months by the pool! ?
