★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Minto building itself is not bad, even though the condos are like shoe boxes and not very good quality built. But 4 major constructions in the close neighborhood make the living in 30 Roehampton a pure hell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this building. High-quality construction, units are wired with fibre-to-the-unit (only Bell right now), and ethernet to all rooms. Electric vehicle charging is being added to the garage this year.
