Then they changed the management company and after that everything is managed poorly. They change the building rules every other month for everything. They recently changed the visitor parking rules without informing the residents due to which my boss got a parking ticket. I was so embarrassed. Day before yesterday there was a lot of snow and water inside the building at the South entrance as the door was not closed properly. The drywall became wet and now the mold will grow in it. Other than that the elevator of this building is super slow and stops in between. I cannot believe a Tridel building is managed so poorly. Good luck with getting a parking spot in this building unless you are willing to pay $300 a month.
