★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I was locked out of my building with nowhere to go and they would not let me into my apartment. I had to sleep in the lobby with my personal items. Poor policy, awful management. Avoid renting from the company and DO NOT rent in this building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful service. I was a tenant here and I had nothing but terrible communication (or well, lack thereof) with front desk, other tenants and the manager. They even deactivated my condo account BEFORE my tenancy was over, and blamed me for issues beyond my control. I do not recommend this building/company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service and the management has improved tremendously. The concierge is professional and helpful. The management does a fairly good job of upkeep and communications.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The management is fine. But the building is trash. For a new building, there are so many problems from washroom fans, kitchen sink and water. Sometimes, elevators are out of order, have to wait for 15+ min.
