Each time it was for a few days and the noise is constantly for the whole day which is really annoying.

Two new building are being used by residents of two older buildings as well so about 1200 people. Ruins the whole experience when you can not even book the rooftop bbq as it has been booked every single weekend this summer (booking opened two weeks ago). Makes it even worse when theres 25 people working out at the same time in a tiny gym, on any given day. If you are someone that does not care about the amenities, the rooms and overall building is great, you should live here. I will likely move back to a condo style building instead, as soon as the lease is complete.

Clean public areas, amazing views, especially from the rooftop in summer, spacious swimming pool, and even more. Online portal makes it easy to leave service requests and to contact the concierge, and respond is quick as well. Hope to fully enjoy public spaces after pandemic's done!

The units are modern and high-quality, the staff is super friendly and helpful, and the amenities are amazing! Whenever I had an issue with something in my unit, they fixed it right away and were very responsive and professional. The rental process was also fast and efficient!

It's my fourth home in Toronto, and none of what I had before compares to what Lillian Park offers. The management is good and kind. They promptly support you with any problem you may encounter, and the community environment is very friendly. I don't have any complaints regarding the neighbors. They are usually nice and respect my privacy. (no complaints about the noise level or anything like that) The interior of the apartment is modern and has everything I need. I am glad to have found Lillian Park. I highly recommend it.
