★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Checked out their Tippet Park condo last weekend... very interesting engagement and observation... and read the comments here, as I expected, all the awful tenant service has a deep root in this company....

Emailed with their Director who replied to me under this review.
It appears indeed the company does not have a clear vision as to how a high end property should be managed and how they respect customers in upscale market...
They seriously should just stick to cheap apartments like Torontonians...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived at 45 Dunfield Avenue, have to say the management downstairs is horrible. Every person has a different answer for same question. They don't care about the tenants they are just there to complete their 8 hrs and go. Work ethic and customer service is almost forgotten or never practised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HVAC System at Tippet park has not been working for the whole building for the past 1 week in this scorching summer heat, and the switch from heating to cooling has not been done. Moved in recently and I am repenting. It feels like I am in a greenhouse with glass walls trapping all the heat inside and air conditioning not working. Stay away from the Shiplake Properties. Maintenance and build quality of the building and the condos is very poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live at Tippet Park, and their central Air Conditioning System for the whole building is down and non-functional for the last whole week. Its 32 degree Celcius in the Central System, in month of may with temperatures reaching 34 celcius in the condo. The building is barely 2 year old and their central air conditioning systems has failed, and they are unable to switch from heating to cooling in the month of May. The management has suggested the people to open windows and try to cool the condo and the commitment from the management was that, they would fix it by the end of the month. Seriously?? Avoid Shiplake if possible and save yourself from hassle and harassment. I am posting the pic of the thermostat for Saturday and Sunday, Check For yourself. Wanted to Give them 0 stars.
