He used every possible avenue to market and get the word out on the listing and brought in a lot of attraction. Because of this he managed to get an offer in before the offer date as well as sold the property over my expectations. From listing the property to a sold firm deal, this all happened in days. He spent a day filming the neighbourhood my condo will be built in so that I would better understand the location.
