It is difficult to express in words just how grateful I am that we had Aimee and Ryan as our agents. These guys consistently went above and beyond! First, in buying a home some distance from the city, not once did they complain about making (multiple) treks north to view potential options. They also gave us GREAT guidance and recommendations for a really excellent home inspector, lawyer and other professionals that made our home purchase and sale as seamless as possible, and instilled us with a great deal of faith. Furthermore, in selling our home we knew we could undoubtably trust Aimee and Ryan on the pricing strategy, staging advice and other recommendations that helped us sell our home for more than $150,000 over asking!! And when there was an unpreventable hitch with our buyers, these two somehow turned it into an amazing opportunity that landed us with even more money than our original plan. Every step of the way, it felt like Aimee and Ryan treated our transactions as if they were helping their own friends or family. Having dealt with other, less skillful agents in the past, I really don’t know how we could have done it all without them and their sage advice.
