I have worked with Jen both to buy a condo and also to rent to tenants following a move to the US. She is one of a kind and gives truly personalized, professional service. She understands the market well and helped me figure out exactly what I was looking for and helped create a plan to get it. Highly recommend Jen to anyone buying or selling!

Using too many superlatives could sound a little artificial and Jen is anything but! So, I won't say how great she was in the many words that apply. (I am sure you've heard them all in other Jen reviews!) Nevertheless, "Excellent" isn't really a high enough praise for the things that Jen did for us. We are mid seventies in age and she handled our misgivings, high stress levels and inexperience with thoughtfulness and care. She is a wonderful negotiator and gently and expertly brokered two great deals for us - the sale and the purchase! We have been working with Jen for so long (her commission can't be nearly enough for all she has done for us!) that the sale and purchase are too intertwined to separate! As for the sale, she helped us get through the stress of moving out, painting and staging (using her recommended and excellent people), photographing and listing with kindness and support. She listed on a Monday and by Wednesday morning we had two offers! She negotiated expertly and in a couple of hours we had accepted an offer over asking - beyond anything we could have imagined at the outset.

She takes the time to truly understand your needs and has often gone above-and-beyond frequently to help rent and sell my place. Jen helped us every step of the way to get our income property on the market quickly and sold for top dollar. She helped us locate a contractor for renovations and looked after all the staging. COVID presented us with some challenges and Jen handled them all in stride, keeping us calm during the process.
