The superintendents are always attentive to anything that needs fixing and any other concerns I may have - the problem is always solved expeditiously. I would recommend anyone to rent in this building!

This building is so well maintained, clean and the Superintendant office was always open for help . One doesn’t appreciate and take things for granted but when you move to another building( shorter work distance was a reason for move) I learned the hard way. That is the reason why I wanted to write this review. Especially with so many older buildings in Toronto , it’s hard to find the standard of cleanliness and helpful Superintendant like this building provides.

The superintendents do a great job of keeping the common areas clean and tidy and the property management do a good job of maintaining the outside areas. Any issues in our unit are dealt with in a fast and timely manner. A great building to reside in the Yonge and Eglinton neighbourhood. Would definitely recommend this building to anyone.

The Superintendent are amazing- Mr. Hodzic does a wonderful job of ensuring the property is spotless inside and out, and if anything requires repair he attends to it immediately. Mrs. Hodzic is very kindhearted and helpful, she has been a great support to my mother living alone for the first time. The location is ideal with everything within walking distance and several nice parks nearby. Quiet, and peaceful- perfect for families or responsible single students or professionals.

We are in the process of moving due to the ants and are going to have to throw out a bunch of stuff to avoid the ants coming with us. The building management will do nothing about it and tell you you’re the first person to bring it up. Even though there are multiple reviews all over the internet that prove the ant infestation has been here for years. They’ll be quick to let you know all the things you may have to pay for before moving out though. No matter how clean you keep your unit, the ants will eventually come in and takeover. The superintendents here are great though and answer any service issues, which is why I’m giving this building two stars.
