R	Review Guy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ COCKROACH CITY. If you are thinking of paying the ridiculously overpriced rent DONT. you WILL have roaches. Also this is the only building ive ever seen in my life that has no managment on site. Impossible to contact anybody.

If you talk to some person called "Davina" and she gives you an appointment, don't hold any hopes of her or anyone actually being present when you show up on time for your appointment/viewing. And not even a courtesy email to let you know they can't make it. These people act as if COVID never happened and people don't have a choice to go next door and have them give you an INCENTIVE to move into a nicer building. It might have been a blessing in disguise as the first thing you notice when you pull up to the building is the crumbling awning and the smell of garbage. If you're like me and have a decent job and a credit history, take your money where it's appreciated and let these guys manage their Bottom-of-the-barell tenants

The tenants that were looking to reassign the lease to me said there were cockroaches when they first moved in so management sprayed the apartment and none since. I proceeded to contact management who didn't return my emails or calls. When I finally got a hold of someone, she said she'd call me back and never did. I later saw another unit available and reached out again. No response. I asked to be put on a waiting list and nothing. You would think they would like tenants in their building or people wanting to move in?? Most unprofessional and unreliable company I've dealt with. I should've known from all these reviews and how they handles my communication the first time! Stay away from them. They need a serious restructure.
E	Envis Begaj on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Persisting cockroach issue. I rented an apartment in July at 200 Roehampton Avenue, and since the first month I started having issues with cockroaches. Even though I have had 3 pest controls, the issue is not resolved yet. Can’t wait for my lease term to be due, in order to leave this place immediately.
