R	Rebecca Antler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LOVE THIS BUILDING!! My boyfriend and I are sad to finally be moving. Out of anywhere in Toronto mid-town is the best place to live! I enjoyed this building, our suite needed to be renovated prior to our move in; it was a wreak..we really we took a risk renting from them, some buildings would not renovate in time or at all. THEY CAME THROUGH our suite was impeccable! Clean, all new appliances, just amazing!! As well we started at $1600 a month for a renovated 2 bedroom, you cant beat that! A few months into our year lease, our brand new fridge broke :( I was worried, I called Bruce and Marilyn (landlords) they were awesome, Bruce immediately came to our unit to check the situation out, within 15 minutes he brought us a brand new fridge from another floor that we were able to use while our's was out of commission; we didn't lose any food, problems solved so fast, that is service!! Most buildings would say "oh too bad" and there's over $100 of groceries gone. The couple who run's this building are literally the nicest people! They are just the best, so easy to talk to, down to earth, having Bruce and Marilyn as your landlords is an absolute treat! To be honest, our only complaints would be the laundry room (old old machines yes) and the amount of times the hot/cold water is shut down can be annoying. However that is a higher-up management issue. Living there, the majority of the residents (all ages) are very nice people and it is a comforting place to be. $85/a month for parking, prob the best in the city! Thanks Park Property we will miss you!

Mr. D. Hora the BEST actually cares about his tenants needs. So pleased I made it my home for all these years.
P	Parisa Hudson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There used to be a good superintendent taking care of everything. Since they have gone, our building is falling apart. My dishwasher has been broken for 4 months and is not replaced yet. No one is responsible and no body cares.
